Seasoned career coach, Lynn and her recruitment team, ThinkX is currently seeking a Business Development professional who has a knack for sales, and is passionate about connecting with people and creating values.

In this driven and people-centric team, you will be mainly responsible for:

• Representing ThinkX in developing new clients and career coaching services

• Conduct market research on targeted industries, and make cold calls

• Strong communication skills, can effectively provide solutions to address clients’ pain points, and reach sales goals

• Network and maintain connection to further develop business and brand, facilitate potential collaboration and increase brand visibility

• Support marketing team in online customer service and relevant sales

Requirements


Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years B2B/B2C sales experience with track records

• Fluent in Mandarin and professional working capacity in English

• Goal-oriented, can complete tasks independently without active supervision

• A fast learner, can pick up industry knowledge quickly and interact with people accordingly

• Confident and cordial, can easily establish connection with key decision maker

• Ability to conceptualize and visualize in ambiguous situations

• Capable of working under fast-changing environment
